The Client Interview is the first step during an audit. We want to gather as much data as possible to help us understand your needs and expectations. We’ll need information such as 1-2 years of utility bills (electric, gas/oil), health issues (headaches, flu-like symptoms, asthma, allergies, mold, etc), comfort issues (drafts, cold/hot zones, etc), structural defects (water damage, old roof, missing gutters, holes, etc.) and any other information that can help.
